What is Cardio?


Cardiorespiratory conditioning is an activity used to improve the body's ability to process and deliver oxygen, which produces the energy required to complete a desired activity. The body will adapt to the level of stress put upon it and in turn require more energy, requiring more calories.
During the training, it is important to provide the correct overload to properly strengthen the heart.
