What is it Mobility?

It is the ability of your joints to move through a full range of motion. It is the capacity to move freely in every direction. Flexibility measures the tightness of the muscles.

What is the importance of flexibility?
Flexibility is often a neglected part of physical fitness. A high level of flexibility can be gained quickly but can also be lost quickly through inactivity. Flexibility also decreases with age. Lack of flexibility can cause lower back and hamstring muscle pain and weak abdominal muscles.
