Most of us sit too much, eat too fast, and live under constant stress. The Weekend Reset is designed to help you pause, reset, and build habits that make you stronger, healthier, and more energized — without trends, diets, or confusion.
About Us

Patrick Cole – Former professional athlete who suffered a severe heart attack and joint injuries. I learned the hard way that sports performance alone isn’t enough for longevity. Now, I help people build simple, preventive health habits for lasting vitality.

Marianne Rhode – A single mother of two, I faced burnout, herniated discs, and chronic health struggles. Through my medical degree and Heilpraktiker training, I rebuilt my health naturally. Today, I teach others how to prevent disease and live in balance.
