I’ve Been There Too

Ex-basketball player. Loved training. Then life hit:

Office job. Family. Injuries. No time. Constant pain.

I tore my meniscus. Ruptured my achilles. Patellar tendonitis. Anterior pelvic tilt. Bloating. Swollen joints. Back pain. Heart issues. Sleep issues. I felt broken.

In my 30s, I lost muscle, gained fat, and hurt all the time. Hospital visits became normal.

I couldn’t train like I used to. The gym took too long. It was too much.

So I had to change — and so did my mindset.
