Hi, my name is Patrick Cole.
I am an ex-hooper turned certified PT from the US now living in Germany.

 
I’ve coached over 1000 people — from former athletes to total beginners — who wanted to get fit but didn’t know where to start. I've worked at a orthopedic practice with patients that had knee and hip replacements. I've partnered with companies such as trivago, Bayer, Vonovia, University of DUE to train employees on ergonomics.

 

Everyone suffered from the same issue - weak, inactive muscles. 

I am far from perfect myself! Once my business grew and I started to work from home more,​ my health declined. I suffered from joint pain and torn ligaments in my knees, ankles, shoulders and lower back. My posture was horrible (APT). I gained fat and lost muscle as I no longer had the time to go to the gym which is why I stopped working out. I even suffered from a heart attack and had pneumonia. I was weak and out of shape.

 

My ultimate goal was to get healthy, strong and pain free again.
