• Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-person session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or charged at the full rate.
• Health & Safety: You represent that you are in good physical health and capable of engaging in strenuous exercise. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during training; all clients may be required to sign a separate Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) or Liability Waiver.
3. Digital Products & Workshops
• Access & Delivery: Online workshops, courses, and digital materials are delivered via digital access (e.g., email link, login portal) immediately or shortly after purchase.
