   • Learn the 3 key movements that fix most common issues and build a great physique - keeping your strong, healthy, athletic.

   • I’ll adjust everything to your level—technique, sets, reps, breaks, equipment.

   • If needed, we’ll add one extra exercise for your specific issue (back pain, knee pain, posture problems).

2. Daily Habits

   • We’ll design a routine that fits your lifestyle—whether it’s 10 minutes a day or 1 hour three times a week.

   • Add simple habits: walking targets, easy nutrition shifts, better sleep & energy.

3. Mindset & Longevity

   • Regular check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable.

   • You’ll never feel stuck—I’m always a message away.
